I would like to recommend Madeleine as a personal trainer to anyone who is seeking this type of service. After having a baby I had gained a lot of weight and after trying on my own for several months to get it off I decided that I needed to have some help. Madeleine worked with me out of her home once a week which was perfect because I was so busy....she made me a personal plan based on my goals and an exercise plan that I could do at home when I had 20-30 minutes when my baby was napping. Madeleine also told me how many calories I should be eating and the types of food that I should eat. I didn’t realize how terrible my diet was until I started following a new way of eating. After about 3 months I had lost 30 pounds and gained the perfect amount of muscle where I hadn’t noticed it before. I am smaller now than I was before I got pregnant...thanks Madeleine!!...

I approached Madeleine about 5 weeks before a special vacation and we discussed certain areas that I wanted to specifically target. She set up a programme for me and after only 12 sessions I had lost not only 8 inches overall from the time of my initial assessment but also gained extra muscle throughout. The programme also included advice as to eating habits which I have introduced into my life style. I had never approached an exercise regimen with any fondness prior to this but the reality was that each session with Madeleine, although very vigorous, passed quickly and dare I even say was “fun”. My wife and I decided that we both needed to lose weight and to get into shape. We decided to join the George Leach Centre and to also get a personal trainer. We got into contact with Madeleine and it has been fantastic. She pushes us further than we would normally go. This has helped both of us progress much more than we would have on our own. She is fantastic to work with. The workouts she has designed for each of us takes into consideration physical problems we both have which is great. We both have problems with our lower back and I have a bad shoulder. Since working with her both my back and my shoulder have started to feel better.

She brings a sense of humor to the workouts that help the sessions go by much faster than expected.
